What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns, all items are thoroughly checked before dispatch. If however there is an issue with a product we will work to our best to solve the issue. If under any circumstances a refund is issued it will be in the original form of payment.
Can I cancel or adjust my order?
 
When placing an order please check that you have entered the correct address and product information before you check out. Once your order has been received and you have your confirmation email we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed. If you would like to make amendments to your order please email us on customerservices@amayahwear.com and our team will try their best to help you amend your order. If however your order has already been processed, you will be unable to make any changes to your order. Please note that if you have submitted any incorrect delivery details you will be responsible for the cost of the redelivery of your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order by logging into your account or by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
